Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000: Vampire Angler, Catch Up to 20,000x

Count von Count spent his whole life counting bats. The angler from Reel Kingdom found a livelier Halloween hobby: on the loading screen of the new slot he counts on his fingers and sings "999, 1000 fish... ah-ah-ah!" Cape, fangs and fishing rod included. Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000 came out on October 12 and is already in the new games section on Coins.Game, playable for real money or in demo.

We opened the game, read the rules inside the slot and collected everything you need to know before the first cast.

What stayed from the classic and what Halloween added

The core is familiar to anyone who has fished in Big Bass: you build paylines in the base game, and in free spins the fisherman wild collects the values of every money fish on screen. The top symbol here is a monster truck: five on a line pay 200x. Behind it come the bat (100x), the fishing rod and a coffin stuffed with candy (50x each).

The Halloween part lives in the bonus. If a fisherman is on screen but there are no fish, a bucket of candy can drop in and add a money fish. If there are fish but no fisherman, spiders can pull the reels up to bring him in. Sometimes a bazooka shows up and transforms symbols on the grid. It all triggers at random, but the feeling that the game is rooting for you is surprisingly real.

One more detail from the base game: two scatters fall into the cauldron next to the reels, and at that moment the slot may start free spins by itself.

Pick a pumpkin before the start

Three, four or five scatters give 10, 15 or 20 free spins. Before the round you choose one of six pumpkins. Inside you can find:

• more fishermen on the reels;
• more money fish;
• a start straight from level 2;
• more candy, which means a better chance of the bucket feature;
• +2 spins at the start and with every retrigger;
• nothing. Yes, a pumpkin can turn out to be just a pumpkin.

During free spins a pumpkin sometimes lands on reel five and you open another one. The upgrade applies from the next spin, and the game guarantees at least five spins are left after it.

The multiplier ladder

Every fourth fisherman you catch adds 10 spins and raises the multiplier for every fish he collects from then on.

There are no retriggers after the fourth level, but x10 turns a 1000x fish into 10,000x. Two of those on one spin hit the ceiling.

What that means in dollars

The 20,000x cap is counted from the base bet. As soon as a round reaches it, the round ends early, the remaining spins are cancelled and the win is paid.

• $0.20 bet: max $4,000, a 1000x fish is worth $200;
• $1 bet: max $20,000;
• $5 bet: max $100,000.

Ante Bet raises the cost of a spin by half (a $2 bet costs $3) and improves the chance of scatters. RTP stays the same, so it is a question of pace: you pay more per spin to see the bonus more often. We did not find a bonus buy button in the demo on Coins.Game, so pumpkins have to be earned with scatters.

Who it is for

For Big Bass fans who do not want extreme volatility: medium risk means payouts come more evenly than in the horror releases from Hacksaw. For anyone looking for a seasonal Halloween slot with clear mechanics. And for those ready to wait for level four, because all the big numbers live there.

Want to compare it with other seasonal games? We have a roundup of Halloween slots 2026 and a breakdown of three new horror slots of the week. The earlier parts of the series, Big Bass Halloween 1, 2 and 3, are still in the Coins.Game lobby too.
